Sustainability

We build value

COSPE employs all its corporate resources for the continuous improvement of its own environmental performance and that of its clients.

The promotion of sustainable materials supports the cultural spread of a cleaner environment.

In this regard, COSPE has evaluated and recognized the need to integrate its processes through the adoption of the Environmental Management System certified according to the UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 standard, which ensures common, shared, and environmentally respectful lines of conduct.

COSPE builds all types of structures respecting the mapping criteria required by the latest LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) protocols.

OF COMMITMENT TO THE ENVIRONMENT

Policy

COSPE is constantly committed to pursuing a policy that upholds the essential values for operating with respect for its clients, placing safety, quality, and environmental considerations at the foundation of every operation. To this end, COSPE recognizes the need to guide its activities toward achieving the following primary objectives:

  • Safeguarding the health of workers, with particular attention to operational construction sites where health risks and hazards are most critical
  • Improving construction site processes aimed at satisfying clients, in accordance with contractual agreements and meeting their expectations
  • Protecting the environment and optimizing the use of natural resources

COSPE has set these goals by applying an integrated management system for Safety, Quality, and Environment, as well as an organizational model for management and control to prevent offenses.

Safety

The objective is to pursue work activities that protect workers from the risk of accidents/injuries and from the risk of contracting occupational diseases. The adoption of precautions, procedures, and systems promotes the continuous development of prevention, allowing the achievement of tolerable levels of protection against potentially hazardous events to workers’ health.

COSPE’s Occupational Health and Safety Management System is certified by Intertek (Accredia) and complies with the international standard UNI EN ISO 45001:2018.

We are convinced that good practice and the presence of highly competent personnel guarantee safety support. Significant resources are invested annually in training to engage all staff, with the aim of educating them to identify potential risk situations and suggest corrective solutions.
