Web Accessibility
Welcome to the accessibility section of the Cospe website.
For us, inclusion is a fundamental value, and we are constantly working to ensure that our online services are accessible to everyone, regardless of individual abilities.
This accessibility statement outlines the measures we have adopted to make our website compliant with the new accessibility standards mandated by the legislation in force from June 28, 2025, and our commitment to continuously improving the experience for all users.

Accessibility Statement
Drafted in accordance with Legislative Decree 27 May 2022, n. 82 – model pursuant to Decision (EU) 2018/1523.
Cospe is committed to making its website accessible, in compliance with Legislative Decree 27 May 2022, n. 82, which transposed Directive (EU) 2019/882.
This accessibility statement applies to the website https://cospe.eu/
CONFORMITY STATUS
Partially Compliant
Despite our ongoing commitment to making the website fully accessible, we declare partial compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 due to a disproportionate economic and organizational burden required to fully resolve certain issues.
Specifically, the full implementation of all WCAG 2.2 success criteria would, for some sections or functionalities, require financial and human resources that are not currently available or sustainable. It would also require structural changes that could compromise operational continuity or existing technological stability. For these reasons, we are currently unable to remove all identified accessibility barriers.
This website is partially compliant with the rules defined by the WCAG 2.2 A accessibility standards because of the non-compliance issues listed below.
NON-ACCESSIBLE CONTENT
The following content may not be fully accessible:
a) The contrast of some text on white buttons does not meet the minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1.
b) The contrast of some text on red buttons does not meet the minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1.
c) The contrast of some gray text does not meet the minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1.
d) The contrast of some white text does not meet the minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1.
e) Text is present in images, and the alternative text description is not sufficiently descriptive.
f) The HTML code is partially incorrect. g) Some images may not have alternative text.
h) Some elements may not correctly communicate their functionality.
i) The cookie modal may not be accessible.
l) The map may not be accessible.
m) The PDFs may not be accessible.
COMMITMENT TO CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
We are committed to continuing the journey of improving our website’s accessibility. To this end, we will take the following steps:
a) Constant Monitoring: We will periodically assess the website’s accessibility status, also considering the evolution of technologies and regulations.
b) Progressive Interventions: We will work to implement improvements, prioritizing the areas that have the most critical issues or are most frequently used by our users.
c) Welcoming Feedback: Any reports and suggestions from users about specific difficulties they encounter will be carefully analyzed and will form a fundamental basis for planning future adjustments. We, therefore, invite users to contact us through the appropriate feedback mechanism to report any accessibility problems.
Our goal is to ensure an inclusive Browse experience for all users, and we are determined to progressively reduce barriers, in line with available resources and the organization’s strategic priorities.
