Case Studies
The client
Active in real estate since the 1960s, the Paletti Group has always sought to enhance Milan’s identity through a “handmade” approach — treating each development as a one-of-a-kind project, shaped around the specific features of its setting.

The requirement
The Armonia 19 project set out to return one of the historic pieces of the Città Studi urban mosaic to the city, by redeveloping the former site of the Rizzoli Institute of Graphic Arts.
With 39 residential units in three different layouts, the apartments at Armonia 19 range from studios to penthouses and have been designed to meet the highest quality standards.
The interiors are smartly arranged, with views over green spaces that encourage a forward-thinking lifestyle in line with contemporary living trends, ensuring optimal daily comfort and promoting overall wellbeing.

The intervention
The development involved the demolition of the existing structure and the construction of a new, elegant residential complex.
Distinctive features include spacious terraces shaded by timber composite brise-soleils and stairwell windows adorned with plant-inspired silkscreen patterns.
The intervention was carried out in parallel with the regeneration of Via Saldini, which has now been transformed into a pedestrian-friendly street.
