The requirement
From the early stages, the project was driven by the goal of redeveloping a disused area to create a new commercial building in a strategic location. At the same time, the intention was to give back to the community a regenerated space, enhanced through major improvements to the surrounding urban infrastructure.

The intervention
The development involved the construction of a commercial building with main retail spaces on the ground floor, service areas on the first floor, and two underground levels for parking. The design followed the aesthetic and structural standards defined by the client, with a total floor area of approximately 6,250 sqm.
The project also included a comprehensive redesign of the surrounding road system, including the construction of a new biscuit-shaped roundabout to streamline existing traffic flow.
