Italtrans S.p.A. identified the need to expand its logistics network by constructing a new hub with significant scale, cutting-edge technologies, and every detail carefully designed to optimise space and improve the working environment for its staff.

The development involves the construction of a new logistics hub divided into separate units based on the type of goods to be stored, complete with office and service areas. The site covers approximately 170,000 m², with a built-up area of around 84,000 m².

Particular attention has been paid to the choice of materials and the colour palette used in the finishing of the buildings.

A key feature of the design is the stylised tree motif on the large façades, evoking the poplar groves typical of the Po Valley landscape.
