The requirement
From the very outset, the project aimed to create an entire building dedicated to use as a “web warehouse” — a large supermarket closed to the public and fully devoted to online grocery shopping services.

The intervention
The intervention involved the construction of a logistics warehouse covering approximately 11,000 sqm, specifically designed and optimised for managing online orders. The building features a prefabricated structure with ribbed matrix-finish panels in the upper section and formwork-textured panels with studs in the lower section.
The facility is almost entirely climate-controlled to ensure proper storage of food products. Alongside the main structure, a number of public works were also carried out — including the creation of a large green area.
