Residential buildings

The request for a demolition and reconstruction project on Via Milano in Bergamo aimed to create two new residential buildings, totaling 8 apartments that were built to the shell stage (or unfinished / as a bare shell).

The project involved the construction of two buildings that dialogue (or interact / relate) with each other, one in a modern style and the other in a historic style, standing side-by-side but independent.

The work began in August 2023 with the demolition of the pre-existing buildings.

The like-for-like reconstruction (or reconstruction maintaining the existing footprint/shape) of the new residential buildings concluded, according to the schedule, in June 2025, with the handover of the two blocks/buildings to the client.
